HUMUS
- 2 cans garbanzos, drained
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tsp. cumin , roasted and ground
- black or red pepper, to taste

Blend all ingredients together until completely smooth. Add more
water if you would like a thinnner consistency.
Can be eaten with pita bread or raw vegies.
