CAVIAR YOGURT DIP
- 6 oz. neufchatel or creamcheese
- 3 oz. yogurt
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 t. grated onion
- 1 1/2 T. finely chopped fresh dill
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 oz. black caviar or natural red salmon caviar.

Bring neufchatel to room temp. Add yogurt. Fold in remaining
ingredients 'til well blended. Fold in the caviar very carefully.
Refrigerate 'til needed.
